Responsibilities : As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shipping production code to our web products while collaborating closely with your dedicated product team. You'll engage in product discussions that will influence the product roadmap and have the chance to work on innovative features that will positively impact millions of users. Your strategic thinking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial as you make product decisions and create outstanding user experiences.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and launching products that have reached thousands or millions of users. A strong passion for customer satisfaction and the drive to deliver high-quality products is essential. You should be able to work efficiently, generating ideas quickly while knowing when to prioritize tasks.
As part of our dynamic and busy startup, collaboration is key; you'll need to effectively inspire and negotiate with designers, marketers, and product managers.
