Jule, a fast-growing cleantech company on track to exceed $500M in revenue, seeks an accomplished Vice President of Accounting & Finance to spearhead our financial operations from our Scarborough location. Reporting directly to the CEO & President, this strategic role demands a finance executive who can architect robust financial systems while navigating the complexities of manufacturing operations and global supply chains. Responsibilities **

• **Strategic Finance Leadership**: Drive comprehensive financial operations including reporting, compliance, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization • **Infrastructure Development**: Architect scalable financial frameworks to accommodate rapid expansion and operational sophistication • **Executive Partnership**: Collaborate closely with C-suite leadership on long-term financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations • **Governance & Risk Management**: Establish bulletproof internal controls, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and oversee audit relationships • **Manufacturing Finance Excellence**: Provide financial stewardship over production operations, cost accounting, inventory control, variance analysis, and supply chain optimization • **Treasury Operations**: Manage liquidity planning, cash forecasting, banking partnerships, and capital structure optimization • **Technology Integration**: Champion ERP implementations and system integrations to support enterprise-scale growth • **Team Development**: Build and nurture world-class finance teams, establishing organizational structures for sustainable growth

Requirements **

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience • CPA designation mandatory; Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting required • MBA or advanced CPA credentials preferred • Proven track record with companies generating $500M+ revenue • Manufacturing and supply chain finance expertise essential •

Experience building financial infrastructure in high-growth environments • Strong ERP and financial systems implementation background
