Our goal is to streamline and unify identity governance across various entities including individuals, machines, and AI, akin to how CMDB transformed IT asset oversight.
Responsibilities : As the VP of Engineering, you will be at the forefront of leading the engineering strategy and implementation for the Atlas platform. Your role will be pivotal in building a system that aims to redefine enterprise cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a high-performing engineering team focused on the essential services of the Atlas platform. - Defining and advancing the platform architecture to facilitate real-time access intelligence and automated policy enforcement. - Advocating for an API-first approach to strengthen our developer and partner networks. - Overseeing the execution of scalable microservices, GraphQL APIs, and AI/ML-integrated services. - Collaborating with teams across Product, Design, Security, and Field to transform strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
Requirements : We are seeking a leader with: - A proven track record in building and managing successful platform engineering teams. - Extensive experience with cloud-native architecture, identity/security platforms, or large-scale data systems. - A passion for exceptional API design and enhancing developer experience to support our ecosystem of customers and partners. - The capability to inspire and align high-performing teams across diverse locations and departments. - Bonus points for experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), event-driven architectures, or AI/ML pipelines.
