Your Role

We are seeking a proactive Verification Risk Operations Associate to assist with special handling for large users, migrations, and Operational Risk Review (ORR) activities. This role involves evaluating KYC/KYB documentation, executing data queries and reports, managing task queues and routing, resolving user issues, and directing extensive migrations and grace-period implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the complete process of large-user migrations: coordinate technical elements, implement migration-based grace periods, track progress, address challenges, and ensure seamless onboarding at scale.
  • Execute and analyze Hubble/SQL queries to create straightforward dashboards that monitor migration progress, rejection rates, service level agreements (SLAs), and backlogs; leverage data to prioritize tasks and inform migration strategies.
  • Set up internal system queues for migration workflows: create, modify, and close queues while establishing routing and prioritization protocols to accommodate high-volume transitions.
  • Implement and verify reporting and API integrations for large users during their migration phase; troubleshoot any data, synchronization, or integration difficulties.
  • Assess KYC/KYB documentation and make verification determinations for onboarding and exception scenarios.
  • Engage with account teams, Vendor Managers, and external clients: lead status meetings, establish meeting frequencies, escalate approval needs to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in user calls and incident response channels to swiftly address live issues, eliminate obstacles, and engage in incident management as required.
  • Deliver weekly and on-demand status reports to stakeholders and the senior management team.
