Responsibilities As a UX/UI Designer, you will independently conceptualize and design user-centered apps, web applications, and digital products. You will create both rough and detailed concepts, including user flows, wireframes, screen designs, and interactive prototypes. You will advance and maintain design systems across projects, collaborating closely with development, marketing, and project partners.
Presenting your ideas, concepts, and designs confidently, even in external calls, is key. Accessibility and digital inclusivity will be paramount in your design process, as you integrate them from the outset. You will leverage new tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance quality and efficiency, while also contributing your insights and actively shaping standards within the team.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a completed degree in Interactive Media, Communication Design, or a related field, or possess equivalent qualifications, such as relevant vocational training with practical experience. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, alongside a strong sense of design, user guidance, and intuitive functionality. You should have experience in conceptualizing and designing digital interfaces, with a passion for influencing the look and feel of tomorrow's apps and software.
A proactive work ethic, problem-solving mindset through Design Thinking, and a commitment to accessibility are crucial. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to question processes while seeking robust solutions are expected. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with fluency in both German and English, are necessary.
Familiarity with collaborating closely with developers and understanding their needs is a plus.
