**Overview**
We Work Remotely is seeking a dynamic trilingual Customer Support Advisor for our client, a leading music industry innovator based in Ruislip, Middlesex. This exciting remote position offers £37,000 annually for someone passionate about supporting DJs, musicians, and the broader music community through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities **
You'll work a minimum of 22 hours weekly (Monday, Friday, plus Tuesday OR Thursday) managing customer inquiries across multiple channels. Your key duties include processing customer service tickets, resolving product and e-commerce related queries via phone, email, and digital platforms. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external service providers while following established service protocols to meet performance targets.
The role involves identifying complex technical issues that require specialized expertise and managing e-commerce return processes in this B2B environment.

Requirements **
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, French, and Spanish - this trilingual ability is non-negotiable. Essential qualifications include proven customer service experience and proficiency with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, while knowledge of DJing/music industry is highly valued but not mandatory.
Additional language skills would be considered a significant asset.
