As a member of our Global Operations Training Team, you'll play a crucial role in equipping frontline teams to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are a diverse and collaborative group, specializing in the design, development, and delivery of effective training programs that empower our teams to thrive.
Responsibilities : In the position of Training Coordinator, you will be integral to our tactical training efforts, focusing primarily on local markets and suppliers. You will collaborate closely with training partner leads, serving as an internal resource within Airbnb for our expanding network of training partners. Your role will involve addressing their inquiries, relaying feedback to the appropriate teams, and supporting a variety of training-related operational exercises.
To excel in this role, you will need to engage effectively with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive, flexible, and innovative mindset. Your daily tasks may include gathering, organizing, planning, monitoring, and disseminating information across our global customer service network.
