We are on the lookout for an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who will help brands tap into the explosive growth of TikTok Shop and foster authentic partnerships with creators to drive sales.
Responsibilities : As part of our dynamic team, you will: - Identify and onboard profitable TikTok creators for our partner brands, ensuring a robust creator network focused on TikTok Shop performance. - Negotiate fair compensation models with creators, securing mutually beneficial agreements. - Develop and implement data-driven campaigns for TikTok Shop, creating detailed briefs for creators to optimize conversion rates. - Strategically plan product seeding and live shopping events to enhance brand visibility. - Analyze and report on creator collaborations, using key performance indicators to track success and continually optimize performance through A/B testing.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will: - Be deeply immersed in TikTok with a strong understanding of social commerce dynamics. - Have prior experience with TikTok Shop or similar social shopping platforms. - Possess knowledge of the creator economy and the elements that make partnerships thrive. - Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win situations. - Have strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in performance tracking. - Exhibit outstanding communication skills and the capacity to build long-term relationships. - Show creativity and initiative when developing new campaign formats. - Be a natural networker with a genuine interest in people and their content. - Think entrepreneurially with an eye for profitable collaborations. - Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and have a passion for e-commerce and social media.
