Responsibilities : As part of your thesis project, you will play a crucial role in developing and validating a computer model for our carbon mineralization process. Your key tasks will include: - Organizing, preprocessing, and structuring data from our newly established demonstration plant. - Analyzing and quantifying the differences between model predictions and actual data. - Implementing refined modeling assumptions to enhance accuracy. You will closely collaborate with our engineering and R&D teams, gaining invaluable experience in an industrial setting focused on creating CO₂-negative building materials.
Requirements : We are looking for candidates currently pursuing degrees in chemical engineering, computational engineering science, computer science, or a related discipline. Ideal applicants will have a keen interest in thermodynamics, computer science, and chemical process modeling. A strong motivation to aid in the development of sustainable construction materials and support a growing startup is essential.
