The Therapist will provide professional counseling and mental health services to clients through digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing therapeutic plans, conducting virtual therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Additionally, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care may be required. • *

Qualifications ** • Clinical expertise in therapy, counseling, and mental health support, including experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic, client-centered care in a virtual setting. • Proficiency with digital tools, telehealth platforms, and technology for virtual therapy and record management. • Flexibility to work remotely and manage part-time scheduling to meet clients’ needs. • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with appropriate licensure in Canada. •

Experience working with diverse populations, including sensitivity to cultural, social, and individual differences. • Previous experience in handling chronic care clients, mental health assessments, or teletherapy is a plus.
