The Disability Management Partner at Air Canada is responsible for managing complex occupational and non-occupational disability claims and appeals, providing subject matter expertise, and supporting team development through training and coaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation legislation and experience in handling high-risk cases.
