Our Technical Account Management team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, delivering personalized guidance to Stripe's most sophisticated clients. You'll leverage deep technical expertise and relationship-building skills to unlock growth opportunities and optimize payment operations for complex businesses across the Greater China market.
We're seeking candidates who combine technical acumen with exceptional relationship management capabilities. You should have experience supporting complex B2B clients, understanding of payment systems or financial technology, and fluency in languages relevant to the Greater China market. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences are essential for success in this role.
