Responsibilities

In this position, you'll serve as a systems thinker and proactive builder, partnering with recruiting leadership to execute programs that strengthen our technical talent acquisition efforts. Key duties include:

• Drive Tech Recruiting workstream goals including business partnerships, headcount management, reporting, and comprehensive program oversight
• Spearhead change management efforts across Tech Recruiting teams, developing communication strategies and implementation plans
• Deliver thorough enablement support to Tech Recruiting leaders, ensuring they have essential resources to serve as effective Recruiting Business Partners
• Identify and execute operational enhancements that boost Tech Recruiting effectiveness through data-driven metrics
• Manage cross-functional projects by maintaining excellent communication and coordination between recruiting teams and partners in Finance, Strategy, People Operations, and Research

You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, change management expertise, and a passion for building inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse technical talent to support Stripe's continued growth.
