As part of SAMY, a worldwide network of social media and creator marketing experts, you will have the opportunity to work on international projects and expand your horizons across approximately 55 markets. Please note that part of our hiring process involves an AI-assisted assistant that will conduct the initial interview.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will take charge of identifying and recruiting top-notch talent across various positions within our organization—from Social Media Managers to Project Managers and tech roles. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, starting from crafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, to negotiating contracts. Your expertise will shine through as you conduct competency-based interviews to ensure candidates align with our cultural and role-specific requirements.
You will also actively build talent pools and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates. Collaborating closely with our leadership and teams, you will assess talent needs and devise effective strategies for filling positions. Additionally, you will create innovative tactics to enhance our employer brand, positioning Intermate as a preferred employer in the market.
Requirements : To excel in this position, you should possess initial experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as social media, digital marketing, or agency work. You have a keen sense for identifying the right cultural fit for our team and are well-organized, keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously. Your creativity and initiative set you apart as you introduce new ideas and discover innovative ways to attract and secure the best talent.
Proficiency in both German and English is a must.
