• Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to achieve established key performance indicators
• Provide comprehensive patient education throughout the consultation management process

**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a consultative role within a medical environment
