The Werkstudent*in for the tigermedia Support Team will assist in customer support, manage returns and shipping, handle customer reviews, and engage with the community on social media. The ideal candidate is a current student with strong communication skills in German, a reliable and structured work ethic, and a passion for working in a team.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
