Hospitable. is seeking a dynamic Staff Product Marketing Manager to drive feature positioning, launches, and growth initiatives for our innovative short-term rental software platform. As a remote-first, globally distributed company, we're looking for a strategic thinker who excels at the crossroads of product development, marketing execution, and business strategy. This role offers direct influence on customer acquisition and product adoption across our rapidly evolving platform.

Responsibilities **
• Lead comprehensive product positioning strategies from conception through launch, ensuring market alignment and competitive differentiation for all new features • Create compelling multi-channel launch narratives spanning Town Halls, media releases, social platforms, podcasts, blog content, and in-app communications • Collaborate intimately with Product Management teams throughout development cycles to influence both product roadmap and go-to-market strategies • Drive data-informed decisions through competitive analysis, customer research, and market opportunity assessment • Influence pricing strategy and feature allocation across Host, Professional, and Mogul subscription tiers • Partner strategically with Growth teams to optimize the complete customer journey from initial website visit through trial conversion, OTA integration, subscription activation, onboarding completion, and long-term retention

Requirements **
• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably within agile, product-driven SaaS environments • Background in fintech, payment systems, marketplace platforms, or related industries strongly preferred • Demonstrated success developing Product Marketing strategies including market positioning, product influence, and growth opportunity identification • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Must work within US or EMEA time zones • Passion for fast-paced, remote-first work culture
