Join Airbnb's Hosting Services team as a Senior Technical Program Manager and help shape the future of hosting experiences. Since 2007, Airbnb has evolved from welcoming three guests in San Francisco to supporting over 5 million hosts worldwide who have facilitated 2+ billion guest arrivals globally. Our Hosting Services division creates innovative tools that streamline the hosting journey, including co-host matching systems, management platforms, and referral mechanisms that drive growth for hosts at every stage.
**Responsibilities**
As our Senior TPM, you'll champion AI adoption to revolutionize team productivity and deliver exponential value to our hosting community. You'll serve as a strategic force multiplier, automating workflows and enabling focus on complex problem-solving. Your role involves orchestrating multifaceted projects spanning various product areas, services, and cross-functional teams while maintaining both macro-level vision and detailed execution. Key duties include developing comprehensive project roadmaps, identifying critical milestones, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and influencing technical strategy to meet organizational objectives.
