Responsibilities : In this exciting role, you will: - Develop and refine our sponsorship strategies across all Bikeleasing Group brands to enhance brand positioning. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate sponsorship opportunities, guiding them from conception to final agreement. - Ensure the seamless execution of sponsorship activations, collaborating closely with event managers for match days, presentations, and other events. - Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operational processes. - Measure the success of sponsorship initiatives, improve workflows, and establish reporting standards with defined KPIs. - Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities within the sponsorship landscape, spotting opportunities for strategic growth. - Assist in budgeting for sponsorship activities to promote transparency in resource allocation.
Requirements : We are looking for candidates who possess: - Several years of experience in sponsorship management, preferably in sports or brand partnerships. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a confident demeanor when engaging partners. - A readiness to travel and a passion for on-site activations. - Excellent organizational abilities and a structured approach to work. - A proactive mindset that turns concepts into actionable plans. - Strong communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a genuine passion for sports and brand partnerships.
