Our Solutions Architecture Team collaborates with users to unlock their full growth potential through strategic solution adoption. Working alongside sales, support, product management, and executive leadership, you'll deliver outstanding experiences to our most important customers while driving revenue across Stripe's entire product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Revenue Generation: Guide clients through comprehensive discovery processes, design robust technical solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate clear value. Identify complex opportunities and accelerate solution implementation.
• Account Development & Market Expansion: Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts, expand into new markets and business units, negotiate complex agreements, and participate in strategic planning including sales forecasting and quarterly reviews.
• Strategic Advisory Role: Build consultative relationships with C-suite executives and technical leaders, serving as the primary technical partner to Account Executives while providing architectural guidance to drive customer success.

Requirements

We're seeking a strategic thinker who can build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and provide both business and technical thought leadership to solve critical challenges. You'll architect innovative business models that create new monetization opportunities and drive mutual growth for customers and Stripe.
