**Responsibilities**

• Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to capture business requirements and conduct comprehensive systems impact assessments for new initiatives
• Execute detailed requirement and functional analysis to architect complete end-to-end solutions alongside business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners
• Maintain rigorous requirement traceability throughout development cycles and integration testing phases
• Deliver comprehensive solution handoffs and conduct training sessions for Operations and Production Support teams on newly implemented features
• Champion AppleCare Sales and Service domain expertise while spearheading architectural design of cutting-edge Repair and AppleCare solutions

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with software development methodologies, encompassing both agile and traditional waterfall approaches
• 5+ years working effectively within cross-functional, globally distributed team environments across multiple time zones
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities coupled with superior organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables
• Strong leadership presence with excellent influencing skills to drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience managing multiple global initiatives simultaneously
