Responsibilities - Develop and enhance our marketing funnels and landing pages to transform potential applicants into qualified candidates. - Craft engaging ad copy and content that resonates with our target audience and encourages action. - Plan, create, and publish social media content, including posts, stories, and creative assets. - Take charge of our in-house social media management as well as that of our clients, ensuring a professional and consistent presence. - Design appealing creatives using tools like Canva for our marketing campaigns. - Actively advance our product offerings to deliver maximum value to our customers.

Requirements - A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a B2B setting, whether from an agency, a corporation, or as a freelancer. - Strong experience in content creation; you have independently managed channels (Meta, LinkedIn) and understand what content performs well on different platforms. - Good knowledge of performance marketing, especially with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads—while you don’t need to be a pro, a solid grasp of the fundamentals is required. - Excellent skills in creating visually appealing ad images and creatives. - A structured and independent working style: you can prioritize tasks, organize yourself, and deliver results. - Proficient use of AI tools in everyday tasks (writing, research, analysis). - Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
