This role is specifically designed for university students for whom this internship is a necessary component of their studies.
Responsibilities : - Craft engaging content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. - Transform trending topics and timeless ideas into captivating Reels, Stories, and Posts. - Oversee the content creation process from brainstorming to shooting and uploading. - Be versatile in your role, whether in front of the camera or behind it, depending on project needs. - Foster community interaction through comments and direct messages, enhancing our social presence. - Gain insights into our audience's interests to shape relevant content. - Assist in managing content calendars, workflows, and various formats. - Evaluate content performance metrics like engagement, reach, and saves to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, media, and sales teams to align strategies.
Requirements : - A strong enthusiasm for content creation and community engagement. - In-depth understanding of current social media trends. - Well-organized with a structured approach to tasks. - Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, InShot) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop). - Enrollment in studies related to marketing, media, communication, design, or similar fields. - Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous. - A curious, proactive, and reliable individual who is eager to share insights.
