We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our friendly and motivated team at our Cologne-Bonn branch located in Sankt Augustin.

Responsibilities : As a Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing the reception and phone inquiries with professionalism. Your organizational skills will be essential in coordinating customer and workshop appointments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing optimal support to our service advisors in administrative tasks.

Requirements : We are looking for candidates with a completed commercial training and relevant experience in customer interaction. While experience in the automotive sector is an advantage, your customer-oriented demeanor, confident presence, and ability to handle challenging situations professionally are what we value most.
