Responsibilities : - Strategic Development: Design and implement company-wide salary bands, establish a systematic grading system, analyze current collective agreements, and unify salary structures across all locations. -
Benefits & Processes: Evolve the benefits landscape strategically, streamline and automate benefits administration, manage company pension schemes, and digitize compensation processes within Personio. - Analysis & Controlling: Conduct regular salary analyses, prepare compensation reports and market comparisons, and leverage data analysis tools for informed decision-making.
Requirements : - Several years of experience in
Compensation &
Benefits , especially within a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of salary bands, grading systems, and collective labor agreements. - Strategic mindset coupled with operational execution capabilities. - Independent working style and excellent project management skills. - Analytical skills and affinity for HR systems (experience with Personio is a plus).
