The Senior Technical Officer for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) will oversee MEL activities for the STRIDES Activity, ensuring quality data collection and evidence-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to adaptive management in development programs.
