Responsibilities : As a Senior Premium Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer service to our valued users, particularly those in our Luxury segment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage complex cases and ensure complete resolutions for customers facing issues with their reservations. This includes developing and nurturing strong relationships with both guests and hosts.
You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and a commitment to delivering service excellence in both English and German.
In this dynamic position, you will operate autonomously, assessing each case thoroughly to find the best solutions for our community members while collaborating with internal teams. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to adapt to different teams or responsibilities as business needs evolve.
