The Difference You Will Make: In the role of Senior Market Manager, your mission will be to oversee supply health, quality, and expansion in Italy. You will manage professional host accounts and work on acquiring top-notch inventory. By leveraging your expertise in the local market, you will significantly enhance Airbnb’s presence in the region.
Your responsibilities will encompass developing acquisition strategies, generating leads, and maintaining the quality of guest experiences. Additionally, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with hosts, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to the creation and refinement of scalable supply management strategies tailored for both competitive and emerging markets, paving the way for Airbnb's sustained success.
A Typical Day: Account Management: - Cultivate and manage relationships with hundreds of professional host accounts within your assigned territory. - Directly oversee top-tier accounts to achieve and surpass sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. - Implement scaled strategies to optimize and manage the diverse range of professional hosts in your area. - Maintain a solid understanding of the technical aspects of various software partners to provide effective support. - Keep clients informed about significant product changes and relay their feedback to internal teams. - Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners. - Build enduring partnerships that deliver exceptional service to your accounts promptly and efficiently, including occasional travel to provide in-person assistance.
