Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our HQ Legal team, taking charge of intricate global initiatives while steering governance, international legal coordination, and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently managing complex global legal issues and guiding multi-stream project processes, delivering strategic legal counsel to management and spearheading high-stakes negotiations. - Overseeing corporate governance and the management of international entities, including capital increases, director changes, powers of attorney, and groupwide Rules of Procedure. - Coordinating international legal workstreams, leading local legal leads in reporting, managing global escalations, and shaping the annual international legal strategy. - Enhancing and maintaining legal processes, policies, and governance frameworks, collaborating with the INTL Group for tool rollouts and new feature implementations. - Partnering with internal teams and external legal counsel across the globe to ensure the smooth execution of international projects and consistent legal support. - Providing cross-functional legal guidance on localization and international facets of global initiatives in collaboration with HQ legal teams.
Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: - Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a qualified lawyer, ideally within an internationally focused legal environment, whether in a law firm or in-house setting. - Proficiency in both German and English. - Strong analytical, organizational, and commercial skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks and issues. - A proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and project management, consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. - The ability to manage your workload autonomously and meet ambitious timelines across multiple regions. - A mindset that aligns with a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and rapidly evolving landscape, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders worldwide.
