Responsibilities : In this influential role, you will lead and mentor engineers across two to three product teams, thriving in a you-build-it-you-run-it culture. Your responsibilities include: - Cultivating an environment that promotes personal and professional growth among team members. - Engaging hands-on with technology to remain connected to current developments. - Ensuring the delivery of products that customers adore while balancing time, budget, and quality. - Driving cross-team strategic initiatives aimed at elevating engineering standards, refining guidelines, and shaping organizational practices.
Requirements : We seek a passionate individual with: - Extensive experience in cross-functional product teams and a solid background in engineering scalable web applications. - A proven track record as a Senior Engineering Manager, adept at addressing engineering challenges using the most suitable tools and frameworks, particularly in PHP and JavaScript. - A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm that energizes the team. - Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings, and a commitment to fostering collaboration. - A desire to mentor fellow engineers, contributing to their success and growth. - Fluency in English (C1) and a preference for working in an international context.
