Responsibilities : As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the go-to advisor for our high-value accounts, guiding them through complex landscapes and ensuring their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic Account Management: Cultivate relationships with C-level executives across intricate enterprise accounts, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs. - Trusted Advisor Role: Anticipate customer requirements and customize solutions to improve security and return on investment (ROI). - Voice of the Customer: Champion customer feedback initiatives to influence product development and investment strategies. - Expansion Opportunities: Recognize and evaluate potential growth avenues based on the objectives of your customers.
Requirements : To excel in this role, candidates should possess: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success within an on-premise/SaaS environment. - Proven track record in maintaining high retention rates across intricate portfolios. - Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, along with a strong understanding of vulnerability management. -
Experience in managing customer success and sales processes through CRM software is preferred. - Fluency in German is a must.
