Responsibilities **

As Senior Product Manager for our B2B division, you'll spearhead the development of ScholarshipOwl for Business, our emerging brand platform enabling companies to connect with Gen Z through impactful scholarship campaigns. Your leadership will directly influence product expansion and market positioning strategies. Collaboration with sales teams will be crucial as you generate demand, assess prospects, and craft seamless product experiences driving revenue growth and sustained user adoption.

Within your initial year, you'll establish comprehensive B2B product and market strategies alongside our VP of Product and CEO, while defining the product's contribution to customer acquisition and expansion initiatives.

Requirements **

Candidates must possess 5+ years in product management with substantial B2B expertise and proven experience navigating early-stage, ambiguous product landscapes. Essential qualifications include demonstrated success in product-led growth initiatives or extensive sales/marketing collaboration, exceptional strategic planning and roadmap ownership capabilities, and practical experience with ongoing product discovery in B2B contexts. Technical proficiency with platforms like Mixpanel, HubSpot, and Notion is required, along with expertise in lean development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
