As a frontline specialist, you'll handle sensitive situations requiring exceptional judgment and rapid decision-making. Your day involves direct client interactions through our call center, providing empathetic support to survivors while ensuring their recovery and safety. You'll identify threatening situations, communicate with compassion, and deliver outstanding customer service under pressure.
This dynamic role requires flexibility to shift between community support teams and adapt responsibilities based on evolving business needs.
