Overview: Join Airbnb, a trailblazer in the hospitality industry since 2007, where we connect millions of hosts and guests around the world. As a Scalability Specialist for Processes & Tools, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the workflows of our global fraud and safety teams.
Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with the Manager of Tools and Process Improvement to refine operational workflows for fraud and safety agents. - Advocate for a culture of data-driven decision-making to foster ongoing performance enhancements. - Implement system and design changes across operational lines, developing logical process design diagrams and utilizing engineering tools to facilitate process improvements. - Serve as the go-to expert on technical tools and processes within the Fraud and Safety domains, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. - Bridge the gap between system architecture and business workflow to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements : - A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is preferred. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in front or back office operations. - Proven ability to break down tools into logical system designs and process interaction diagrams. -
Experience in leading business requirements discussions with operational teams and influencing system architecture and design. - Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and innovation opportunities within technical and data systems to boost scalability and reliability. -
Experience managing cross-functional projects, ensuring they stay within budget and timelines. - A commitment to continuous improvement, with familiarity in Lean and Agile methodologies.
