As a Systems Engineer specializing in Salesforce Development within our Payments division, you'll be at the forefront of creating solutions that matter when our community needs us most.

Responsibilities **
You'll architect and maintain the complete claims lifecycle system, from initial filing through final resolution, processing thousands of daily claims worldwide. Working at the critical intersection of trust, payments, and customer experience, you'll develop tools that directly influence how hosts and guests perceive Airbnb during their most challenging moments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, data scientists, and operations specialists to deliver fair, timely outcomes at scale.
Your work will involve streamlining agent workflows, enhancing integrations between our claims platform and Airbnb's broader payments infrastructure, and implementing AI-driven intelligence to surface crucial information precisely when needed.
