📋 Job Description

**Overview**

Join Indicium's Commercial team as a Sales Operations intern and gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, commercial strategy, and the technology/data market. This remote internship offers comprehensive exposure to sales operations, from pipeline management to client relationship building in Brazil's dynamic tech sector.

**

Responsibilities **

**Operational Support:** Maintain CRM systems ensuring accurate lead, opportunity, and client data; create commercial reports and dashboards; manage administrative tasks including document control and contract oversight.

**Client Prospecting:** Research and qualify leads to strengthen sales pipeline; develop customized prospecting materials including presentations and personalized email campaigns.

**Pre-Sales Collaboration:** Support market mapping and feasibility studies; analyze lead and client requirements; track pre-sales metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

**Sales Process Contribution:** Assist in commercial proposal development; prepare sales meetings and presentations; document client interactions in CRM systems.

**Cross-Functional Integration:** Work alongside marketing, partnerships, and product teams; support commercial events and initiatives; participate in training sessions and team meetings while developing market knowledge.

Requirements **

Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields) from 4th semester onwards. Intermediate English proficiency required, with advanced English preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills essential, along with excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive learning attitude.

Candidates residing in Florianópolis or São Paulo preferred.
