Responsibilities **
As a Nurse Recruiter, you'll leverage your clinical knowledge to identify, attract, and evaluate nursing candidates for various VA healthcare positions. You'll conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and help match skilled professionals with opportunities that serve our veteran community. Requirements **
• Proficiency in written and spoken English per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f) for direct patient care roles • Graduation from professionally accredited nursing program approved by ACEN or CCNE • Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or District of Columbia • International nursing graduates must hold current U.S. licensure; advanced degrees require formal equivalency validation through recognized services like International Consultants of Delaware • Graduate Nurse Technicians without licensure may qualify for 120-day temporary appointments while pursuing certification
**Preferred
Qualifications ** • Belt/Systems Redesign training, experience, or certification • Completion of SNT/GNT/RNTTP programs
