**Responsibilities**
• Handle client travel bookings encompassing cruises, accommodations, resort stays, guided tours, and complete vacation packages
• Conduct thorough destination research and pricing analysis to match client preferences and budgets
• Process booking inquiries, handle confirmations, and coordinate itinerary modifications
• Deliver professional customer assistance through multiple channels including telephone, email, and digital platforms
• Keep detailed and accurate client profiles and reservation information
• Explain travel policies, documentation requirements, and essential travel guidelines
• Cultivate strong client relationships through superior service delivery and proactive follow-up communication
**Requirements**
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and customer relationship management
• Superior organizational capabilities and effective time management skills
• Self-motivated professional comfortable with remote work independence
• Fundamental computer skills with aptitude for mastering booking software systems
• Sharp attention to detail coupled with analytical problem-solving approach
