Responsibilities **
• Support clients with comprehensive travel bookings including cruises, accommodations, resorts, guided tours, and complete vacation packages • Research and analyze destinations, costs, and travel alternatives to match client preferences • Handle booking processes, confirmations, and itinerary modifications • Deliver professional customer assistance through phone, email, and digital platforms • Keep precise client files and reservation information up-to-date • Explain travel guidelines, policies, and essential documentation requirements • Develop enduring client relationships through superior service and proactive follow-up
