**Overview**

Appspace is seeking a driven SMB Product Sales Specialist to join our mission of transforming workplace experiences globally. Based remotely with headquarters in Dallas, Texas, this role offers the flexibility to work wherever you perform best while building meaningful connections and advancing your career. You'll champion our Employee Communications Solution, working collaboratively with partners and account teams to drive revenue growth in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities **

• Lead Employee Communications sales initiatives within your designated territory • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling • Serve as the primary Appspace expert in partnership with strategic technology and channel partners • Develop and implement innovative business strategies with our partner ecosystem to exceed customer expectations • Collaborate closely with Account Executive colleagues selling complementary Appspace platform solutions • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations during early-stage sales processes • Coordinate cross-functional support from Engineering, Marketing, IT, and other departments • Build and nurture pipeline from diverse sources while establishing strong customer references • Provide accurate territory forecasting and opportunity reporting to achieve sales targets • Negotiate agreements using collaborative, win-win approaches • Represent Appspace at industry events, partner meetings, and trade conferences

Requirements **

• Minimum 5+ years in sales and/or business development within information technology sectors (Hardware, Software, Networking, etc.) • Strong preference for SaaS selling experience • Proven track record in customer-facing roles with excellent presentation abilities • Technical aptitude combined with competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset • Individual quota and commission-based compensation structure • This is a peer-level position to current Account Executives, not an overlay role

🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
