Responsibilities **
• Assess AI-generated graphic design outputs spanning illustrations, layouts, infographics, and print materials • Deliver comprehensive, structured critiques covering composition, color theory, typography, and visual harmony • Establish creative benchmarks and quality standards for next-generation AI-powered design tools • Support research initiatives exploring how shared practices and individual artistic vision influence graphic design excellence • Collaborate on projects that amplify human creativity through technological innovation

Requirements **
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating superior graphic design expertise across diverse formats and mediums (must be shared via Contra profile) • Comprehensive knowledge of core design principles: composition, color theory, typography, and layout • Proven ability to communicate creative feedback with clarity and constructive insight • Adaptability in dynamic, experimental work environments •
Experience with AI or advanced design tools preferred
This is a network application for project-based opportunities. The selection process includes portfolio evaluation, video interview, and skills assessment. Once accepted, you'll be contacted with specific project details and timelines as opportunities become available.
