Responsibilities : As an Employment Counsel, you will collaborate closely with our People team, providing essential advice on various employment matters, including: - Advising on recruitment, hiring processes, performance management, compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence. - Conducting internal investigations and ensuring compliance with employee data privacy regulations and HR best practices. - Reviewing and updating employment policies to align with legal standards and industry best practices. - Working alongside cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance employment compliance across the organization. - Supporting strategic global projects in partnership with various stakeholders.

Requirements : We seek a qualified candidate who meets the following minimum qualifications: - 6 to 10 years of experience in employment law, either in a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department, showcasing a track record in employment counseling. - Strong judgment skills to balance legal risks against business objectives. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling both short-term and long-term assignments. - A robust work ethic with a history of achieving results. - A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating decisiveness and sound judgment even under uncertainty. -
