Overview Join ZWW Deutschland GmbH, a dynamic company connecting SMEs, agencies, and consultants with lesser-known government funding programs. We are expanding our remote team and searching for a proactive Content & Marketing Assistant from abroad to help us thrive.

Responsibilities As a Content & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in planning and managing our content calendar with organization and foresight. Your tasks will include preparing webinars, from drafting the agenda to finalizing the presentation. You will craft clear and compelling newsletters and mailings, ensuring our communications resonate with our audience.

Additionally, you will write and structure engaging blog articles that capture readers' attention. Creating Instagram posts and relevant social media content tailored to our target demographic will also be part of your role. You'll develop professional PowerPoint presentations that leave a lasting impression.

Collaborating closely with our founding team, your creative input will be implemented swiftly and effectively.

Requirements We are looking for an individual who excels in German writing—flawless, stylistically confident, and attuned to the target audience.

Experience in content marketing, editorial work, or a similar field is essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design tools is necessary, as you will need to create visually appealing presentations. You should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.

A keen understanding of what resonates with SMEs, agencies, and consultants is crucial. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity is a plus. While preference is given to candidates in the European time zone, this is not a strict requirement.
