Responsibilities **
Create brief, straightforward video content following detailed creative briefs and project specifications. Capture content using your phone or camera with focus on composition, lighting, framing, and visual clarity. Execute structured prompts outlining subject matter, style requirements, and clip parameters.
Submit well-organized, properly labeled video files within designated project deadlines. Content produced helps train AI systems to better understand motion, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling principles.

Requirements **
Design background required (graphic, product, brand, content design, or related field) with demonstrated visual expertise. Must possess ability to create visually compelling shots using smartphone technology. Comfortable working with creative briefs and producing content meeting specific project guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and reliability in delivering organized files on schedule. Professional video production experience not necessary - emphasis on visual quality and compositional understanding. Application process includes portfolio review of design work and Contra profile, video interview discussing experience and interest, plus skills assessment if selected.
