Registered Nurse Clinical Lead - Anmore, BC

Responsibilities : As Clinical Lead reporting to the Director of Nursing, you'll deliver comprehensive nursing care through scheduled and emergency interventions, assessments, and individualized care planning. You'll respond swiftly to evolving resident health situations while supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional wellness alongside their families. Leadership duties include supervising LPNs, HCAs, and care team members while promoting professional development and maintaining exceptional care standards.

Operational responsibilities encompass coordinating emergency responses, managing nursing resources efficiently, and supporting revenue objectives through collaboration with leadership and sales teams.

Requirements : Candidates must be Registered Nurses committed to relationship-centered care delivery. You'll need expertise in maintaining compliance with provincial legislation, accreditation standards, WELL Building Standards, and organizational policies. Strong leadership abilities for mentoring staff and fostering collaborative workplace culture are essential.

Experience in infection prevention, safety protocols, and emergency management is required, along with adherence to regulatory Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
