RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee operations across several depots, ensuring that we maintain high service standards and optimize fleet performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring Depot Leaders across multiple locations. - Driving operational performance to enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining service consistency. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing necessary improvement measures. - Managing P&L, budgeting, and cost control processes. - Collaborating closely with Central Operations, Finance, and HR departments. - Traveling frequently (up to 50%) to provide support to depot teams.
REQUIREMENTS We are seeking candidates who possess: - 7-10 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in rent-a-car, logistics, retail, or hospitality sectors. - 3-5 years of experience in leadership positions managing multiple locations or high-volume depots. - Proven capability in managing depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier interactions. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and, where applicable, the local language. - A valid driver's license and a willingness to drive campervans. - A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments. - Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required.
Bonus qualifications include: -
Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance. - Familiarity with process improvement and digital tools. - Background in training, workforce planning, or team development.
