The Recruiting and People Experience Manager at Hypr plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruiting process, ensuring that the agency attracts and secures exceptional PR and communication talents. This position involves managing end-to-end recruiting, from profile definition to contract negotiations, while continuously improving the recruiting setup. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Head of People Experience & Development to enhance onboarding and team culture in
