This permanent full-time position offers a competitive rate of pay between $24.20 and $25.86, following our collective agreement. Responsibilities : As a Recreation Aide, you will play a crucial role in cultivating joy and meaningful experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing engaging recreational programs tailored to the unique interests and abilities of each resident. - Building strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring they feel valued and supported. - Contributing to a home-like environment that encourages residents to engage fully in daily activities. - Keeping accurate records of resident participation and providing regular updates to the Director of Resident Programs. - Actively participating in team initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience and well-being.
