• Drive client acquisition and business growth through diverse channels, partnering with your team and local community connections • Strategically manage resources and lead organizational change to expand market presence, boost sales performance, and increase revenue • Foster exceptional employee engagement by overseeing recruitment, talent development, performance management, and career advancement planning • Champion retail excellence initiatives that create lasting, positive client interactions and experiences • Mentor your team in providing expert client guidance, resolving issues efficiently at first contact, and promoting digital banking solutions across multiple channels • Address and resolve operational gaps identified through credit, compliance, and performance assessments

Requirements **

**Essential

Qualifications :** • Current Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) plus minimum 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the past 3 years • Completion of an approved mutual fund branch management examination through CSI, or commitment to complete within 4 months of hiring • Minimum 3 years of proven people management experience • Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on business development and growth • Proficiency in digital banking platforms with ability to educate clients and team members on RBC's digital offerings

Experience :** • Background in both commercial and personal banking sectors
