**Overview**
USA Tech Recruit seeks a dynamic Account Executive to drive growth in Canada's Public and Defense markets. Reporting to EMEA Sales Management, you'll spearhead strategic account development while selling cutting-edge AI/LLM/optimization solutions. This role combines technical sales expertise with consultative partnership, working alongside Solutions Engineering, Product, and R&D teams to deliver transformative results.
**Responsibilities**
• Craft and implement comprehensive Public and Defense market strategies across Canada
• Source, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients
• Navigate complete sales processes from initial prospecting through deal expansion
• Cultivate robust pipeline of complex, long-cycle opportunities
• Engage C-suite executives and key stakeholders across innovation, data, IT, and operations
• Address critical business challenges including ROI optimization, performance enhancement, compliance, and cost management
• Present CompactifAI and Singularity solutions as strategic business enablers
• Serve as trusted advisor in pivotal client discussions
**Requirements**
• 5-10 years proven success in complex B2B sales (SaaS, AI, data, cloud, Enterprise software)
• Demonstrated expertise and established connections within Public and Defense sectors
• Track record closing significant deals (ideally >€300k to multi-million euro range)
• Experience managing extended sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to present high-value technological solutions
• Solid grasp of AI, LLM, optimization, infrastructure, or data concepts
• Outstanding negotiation capabilities and deal structuring skills
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and meticulous attention to detail
